In 1984, the Nu Skin founders created a company based on the values of integrity, trust, and sustainability. We began simply with an innovative product offering of premium quality and a compelling and viable business opportunity. But it was the immovable commitment of our distributor leaders that shaped our company into a more than one billion dollar enterprise that still remains true to its core values
Nu Skin Enterprises was founded by Nedra Dee Roney and Blake M. Roney in 1984. These two were joined by Sandie Tillotson, Steve Lund and Brooke Roney when organizing the company.
The company went public in 1996 when it listed on the NYSE. Initially only the Nu Skin Asia Pacific company was listed, however, shortly afterward all the remaining affiliates were sold to the new entity and the company was a fully-fledged public company. |
